A trusted, personal approach. Steven Fine, founder of DLX Insurance Group, uses his decades of experience in the Medicare insurance industry to help clients make intelligent choices for the best-fit Medicare insurance plan.
As an independent, certified agent, he represents just about all of the top Medicare insurance companies, including UnitedHealthcare, Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Humana, Aetna, Medical Mutual, and Devoted Health, just to name a few.
He pinpoints the plan that best fits what’s important to people, whether that’s no co-pays or zero-dollar premiums, prescription drugs, dental, vision, over-the-counter items, transportation to doctor’s visits and more.
In addition to Medicare insurance plans, Steven offers retirement planning and hospital indemnity insurance.
And just like he makes the detailed documents easy to understand, his mode of doing business is easy and convenient, too. He either goes to the client’s home to go over all the paperwork, or simply handles the process virtually via email or regular mail. Clients just initial and sign documents electronically.

With an honest and transparent approach, we believe in exposing our clients to all their options so they can make decisions based on what is most appropriate to their specific needs. Some plans include no co-pays, zero dollar premiums, dental, vision, hearing, transportation to Dr’s offices and pharmacies, over-the-counter supplies (at no cost to you) and much more.
Growing up in a corporate world in New York City, Steven has made Ohio his home since 1977. Now a Chesterland resident and senior citizen himself, Steven has first hand knowledge of going through choosing a Medicare insurance plan.
Steven joined the Insurance industry one year later in 1978. With over 40 years experience, DLX uses a knowledge and educational based approach with his clients. Steven has held Life & Health and Series 6 (Financial Advisor) licenses. As an Independent, certified agent his main concentration is now on Medicare insurance plans and retirement planning.
A “Client First” approach, DLX believes communication and keeping their clients informed and updated on any changes Medicare insurance plans may have from year to year.
DLX services also include: Life Insurance, Annuities as well as Education, Retirement and Legacy planning, assuring their clients all options available regardless of their current position in life.
